Run: July 25 – 31
This week I did my first double-digit run of my marathon training cycle. It went well and I could easily have kept going. I think I like my flexible training schedule. Hopefully my long runs will continue to be easy!
- Sunday: rest
- Monday: rest
- Tuesday AM: 4 miles (9:40, 9:12, 9:01, 9:20)
- Tuesday PM: 6 miles (9:28, 9:06, 9:01, 8:58, 8:49, 9:24)
- Wednesday AM: 5 miles (10:00, 10:32, 10:21, 10:11, 10:00) I was feeling sluggish running this morning after last night’s run. I don’t do well with back to back runs like that.
- Thursday: 5 miles (9:34, 9:28, 9:25, 9:23, 9:21)
- Friday: 4 miles (9:33, 9:18, 9:13, 9:07)
- Saturday: 11 miles (9:34, 9:33, 9:33, 9:30, 9:29, 9:28, 9:25, 9:26, 9:24, 9:22, 9:21)
Total Weekly Miles: 35
Total July Miles: 123.64
Total Yearly Miles: 825.14
