  • Monday: Swim 2200 m 
  • Tuesday: 6 miles
    • 2 mile warm-up
    • 6 x 800 (@ 8:35 pace) w/90 second RI 
    • 1 mile cool down
  • Wednesday: Swim 2100 m
  • Thursday: 6 miles  
  • Friday: 4 miles 
  • Saturday: rock climbing and 4 mile hike
