- Sunday: Yet another bad run. I’m totally in a funk. Ugh.

- Actual: 7 miles @ 9:34, puke, quit
- Weather: 74 degrees, humid, breeze (I keep noting the temperature to see if there is a trend.)
- Monday: rest
- Tuesday: 7 miles
- 1.5 mile warm-up
- [400, 600, 800, 1200, 800, 600, 400] with 400 RI
- 400 @ 7:24 (1:51)
- 600 @ 7:24 (2:47)
- 800 @ 7:30 (3:45)
- 1200 @ 7:35 (5:42)
- 800 @ 7:30 (3:45)
- 600 @ 7:30 (2:48)
- 400 @ 7:24 (1:51)
- 1 mile cool down
- Wednesday: Swim 2000m ~ 45 minutes, 1800 m
- 2 x 100m freestyle
- 4 x [50m freestyle breathe left, 50m freestyle breathe right]
- 6 x 50m freestyle breath right (weaker side)
- 6 x 50m freestyle bilateral breathing
- 12 x 50m freestyle swim (1 to 3 progressive, 4 to 6 progressive…)
- 2 x 50m freestyle easy
- 2 x 50m backstroke easy <– I ran out of time to do my cool down.
- Thursday: 7 miles
- 0.5 mile warm-up
- 5 miles @ 8:35
- 1.5 mile cool down
- Friday: rest
- Saturday: 10 miles slower than planned, but unsure of pace because I accidentally hit the treadmill reset button several times. I was running on a hotel treadmill with a horribly placed reset button.
