  • Tuesday: 6 miles @ 9:52 – windy, hills
  • Wednesday: 5 miles, 8 x 400 at 5K pace (8:00) with up to 90 seconds active recovery ( 60 seconds when I could muster it) + warm-up and cool down
  • Thursday: 1 mile warm-up @ 10:55, 4 miles @ 8:59
  • Friday: rest
  • Saturday: 8.2 miles @ 8:51
