Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

After last night’s awesome Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse, I spent some time today thinking of other plausible flavors. I have a few in mind, but this is the only one that I had all of the ingredients for. It is just as tasty as its peanut butter cousin!

Inspired by Cara’s Cravings.


  • 10 oz low fat cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp no sugar added strawberry preserves
  • 4 tbsp Splenda


  • Combine ingredients in a small food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
