After last night’s awesome Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse, I spent some time today thinking of other plausible flavors. I have a few in mind, but this is the only one that I had all of the ingredients for. It is just as tasty as its peanut butter cousin!
Inspired by Cara’s Cravings.
- 10 oz low fat cottage cheese
- 4 tbsp no sugar added strawberry preserves
- 4 tbsp Splenda
- Combine ingredients in a small food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
