  • Monday: 3 very easy miles @ 11:00, upper body weights, core
  • Tuesday: 6 very easy miles @ 10:24
  • Wednesday: 3 easy miles @ 9:35, upper body weights, core
  • Thursday: 1 mile warm-up @ 11:00, 4 miles @ 8:52
  • Friday: upper body weights, lower body weights, core
  • Saturday: Tons of walking – The Amazing Dog Race (Duke made the front page of our local paper and was first (ok, only) in his weight class.) and Thunder over Louisville
