  • Tuesday: 9 miles @ 9:06, including 5 tempo miles @ 8:38
  • Wednesday: 3 miles @ 10:00, upper body strength training, core
  • Thursday: 7 miles easy @ 9:42
  • Friday: upper body strength training, core
  • Saturday: 11.35 miles @ 9:27, going on 5 hours of sleep – low energy

Total Weekly Miles: 45.35
Total Monthly Miles: 72.85
Total Yearly Miles: 376.53
